KENNETH FIANDER Corner Brook, NL January 31, 1927 - February 12, 2007 			 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kenneth Fiander announce his passing on Monday, February 12th, 2007 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 50 years Marjorie (nee Gilbert), children: Marilyn (Jon Martin) Royrbotn, Norway and Gary (Connie) Fiander, Corner Brook; 3 special grandchildren: Andrew Hiscock (Heather Legge), St. John’s, Devin Hiscock and Kenneth Scott Fiander both of Corner Brook; brothers and sisters-in-law: George (Joyce) Gilbert, Ethel (Roy) Randell, Clarence (Rhonda) Gilbert, Max (Genova) Gilbert, Violet Gilbert all of Corner Brook, John (Marie) Gilbert, River of Ponds and Ivy (Joe) Roberts, Badger. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 15th at 2:00 PM from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Canon Derek Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
