EUNICE CECIL WIGHT Rocky Harbour, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mr. Eunice Wight announce his passing on Thursday, March 22nd, 2007 at the Norris Point Health Centre at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: Lucy Veelaid, On, Mae Ball (Melvin), Reidville, Minetta Batten (Donald) Corner Brook, Hubert (Essie), Rocky Harbour, Jean Ellsworth (Henry), NS, Churchill (Barbara), Rocky Harbour, Audrey Dobson (George) Winnipeg, Carrie Browne (George), On, Linda Daniel (Frank) Montreal, Myra Blackwood (Job), St. John’s, Mona Sparkes, NS, Woodrow (Elizabeth), Kippens, Jim (Margaret), Corner Brook and Sheila Laprise (Alaine) Coquitlan, BC; 28 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren,; brother: Albert Wight; as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his wife Harriett in 1989. Friends may visit Wesley United Church in Rocky Harbour on Friday. The funeral service will take place from St. Matthews Anglican church Saturday, March 24th at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Beverly Snow officiating. Interment to follow at the United church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lie of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of ones choice.
