It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harvey Saunders announce his passing on Friday, March 23rd, 2007 at the Paddon Memorial Home at the age of 73 years. He will be sadly missed by his sister: Mary Baker, Washington State, USA, and step-son: Timothy Saunders, Dryden, Ontario, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Naomi, father: Freeman, brothers: Lawrence, Joe,William, Alan and Jim; sisters: Pearl and Stella. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., and Sunday, 2-4:00 p.m. and from The Moravian Church, 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 26th at 3:00 p.m. from the Anglican Church, followed by interment at the Moravian cemetery. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
