JAMES WILLIAM (BILL) POWER Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bill Power announce his passing on Wednesday, March 28th, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 57 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife, Peggy (nee Brumsey); three children: Robert (Susan), Toronto, Daniel, St. John’s and Sarah (Michael), Toronto; one brother: Phonse (Ann) Power, Corner Brook; nephew: David (Jennifer) Power, Halifax, his old aunt Mary Power, Corner Brook; cousins: Catherine Webber (Jim) and Michael Power (Mae), Corner Brook, as well as a large circle of brothers and sisters -in-law, relatives and friends. Visitation will be take place on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue . The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 30th at 10:30 A.M. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue. Fr. Ambrose Hynes officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.
