It is with great sadness that the family of the late Victor George Hull announce his passing on Wednesday, April 11th, 2007 at the O’Connell Centre, DVA Unit, Corner Brook at the age of 85 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving, devoted and caring wife of 65 years Mary (nee MacDonald); sons: Arthur (Shirley), Gordon (Ruby), Raymond (Debbie) and Wayne (Brenda); daughters: Dinah Coombs (Albert), Rowena Jackson (Junior), Verna Rose (Ronald), Katherine Drodge (Edward), Marilyn Matthews (Harold), Alma Smith (Reginald) and Dolores Hancock (Bruce); 28 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; sisters: Jean Harold, Joan Barter (Fred) and Alma Guy (Frank); brother Fred (Joan); sister-in-law Marion Hull; brother-in-law William Hilliard. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by father Andrew, mother Ethel, brothers William and Gordon, sister Ruth Hilliard. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 14th at 2:00 p.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Kathy Brett officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Humber United Church Memorial Fund.
