Corner Brook, NL Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, August 10th, 2004, NED BUCKLE at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 75 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; his wife Eileen (nee Parsons) of 52 years, children: Ed (Arlene), Gerry (Sandy), Corner Brook, Leo (Cynthia), Trudy (Keith), St. John's, Karen, Corner Brook and Bernie (Brenda), Labrador City, ten grandchildren: Bradley, Kerri, Michael, Sarah, Jeffrey, Jason, Steven, Erin, Maria and mark; brother: Father Bernard Buckle; sister: Rita Matthews and brother-in-law Leo Parsons and his wife Dorothy, all residing in Corner Brook, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; Bernard and Gertrude Buckle. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. and Thursday, 2-4 and 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, August 13th at 10:00 a.m. from The Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue. Fr. Buckle officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
