Mary Judith McCormick Corner Brook, NL 1911- 2007 Mary Judith (nee Tompkins) McCormick passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Home on Saturday, June 2nd, 2007 at the age of 96 years. Leaving to mourn, son: John (Loretta); grandchildren: John Jr. (Theresa), Cambridge, ON, Robert (Jennifer) Brantford, ON; great granddaughter Courtney Lynn; sister: Patricia Page, Exeter, NH; brothers: John (Kay), Antigonish, NS, James (Ann), Peterborough, ON and Stan (Teresa), Corner Brook; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband John, 1939; sister: Margaret Thompson; brothers: Rev. Father Richard and Frank. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 5th at 10:30 A.M.from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue, Fr. Edwin Gale officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Redeemer Parish.
