BERTHA T. NORMORE Corner Brook, NL July 22nd, 1923 - April 10th, 2008 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bertha Normore announce her passing on Thursday, April 10th, 2008 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 84 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons Reg (Judy) and Rob (Holly), her precious grandchildren Michele (Shawn) and Michael (Randi-Megan), step-granddaughter Amanda (Dean), sister Ruby (Hayward) Butt, sisters-in-law Joyce Normore, Sadie Normore and Beulah Pinkson, as well as a large circle of cherished friends and relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Reginald, 1982, special friend Stewart Foote, 2001, her parents, two sisters and one brother. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 14th at 2:00 PM from the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive with Majors Ron & Joyce Stuckless officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Daffodil Place or a charity of one’s choice. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
