It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leah Childs announce her peaceful passing at her family residence in Ramea on Tuesday, June 19th, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories: husband James; daughters: Lillian (Russell) Hatcher, Pasadena, Diann Childs, Ramea; son Bruce (Norma) Childs, Ramea; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister Mary (Harry) Hare, Ramea, along with a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Pamela, infant son James, parents Adolphus and Mary Pink and brothers and sisters. Friends may visit St. Boniface Anglican Church in Ramea all day Thursday and Friday morning, from where the Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 22nd at 2:00 p.m. Reverend George Childs officiating. Interment will follow from the Anglican Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Boniface Anglican Church.
