It is with great sadness that the family of the late Tim McLean announce his passing on Wednesday, July 4th, 2007 at St. Clare’s Hospital in St. John’s, at the age of 70 years. He will be sadly missed by his common law wife Justine Adams; children: Marilyn (Don), Joanne (Frank), Herman (Linda) and Corey; grand-children: Randy, Kim, Frank Jr, Justin and Heather, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by ex-wife Katie McLean; parents Eva and Roy; brothers: Herman, Ian and Clarence. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Friday 7-9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at the United Church on Monday, July 9th at 2:00 p.m. with interment following at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family.
