MONTE JOSEPH DELANEY STEPHENVILLE CROSSING, NL OCTOBER 14, 1960 - JULY 5, 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Monte Joseph Delaney announce his passing on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the age of 46 years. Lovingly remembered by his wife: Janet (nee Alexander); children: Ryan, Hayley and Drew; sisters: Kim and Jill (Grant); all of Stephenville Crossing and brother: Ian of Fort McMurray, AB; also remembered by his mother and father-in-law: Mildred and Charlie; sister-in-law: Bride (Leo); brothers-in-law: Dominic (Val), Perry (Melanie), Randy (Pat), Clarence (Blanche) and Junior (Heather), as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Timothy and Rona Delaney. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, West Street, Stephenville Crossing on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. from Assumption Parish, Stephenville Crossing with Father Aidan Devine officiating. Interment will follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brook Street, Stephenville Crossing.
