CYRIL MAXWELL MARCH Corner Brook, NL Passed peacefully away on Sunday, July 8th, 2007 at the Interfaith Home for Seniors, Corner Brook at the age of 92 years. Cyril was born in Green’s Harbour on March 15th, 1915. He was predeceased by his wife Elsie and infant daughter. Thankful for his life, love and precious memories are his 8 children: Joan Rowe, Green’s Harbour, Max (Clara) Rochester, Alb., Frank (Rose), Pasadena, Jerry (Sybil), Burlington, Ont., Linda (Lloyd) Piercey, Corner Brook, Lorraine (John) Conway, Warkworth, Ont., Ruth (John) Murphy, Calgary, Alb. and Marilyn Whalen, Edmonton, Alb., and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother Walter March, Corner Brook, sister-in-law Gladys Smith, St. John’s. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cyril was a life long member of the Lion's Club. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday and Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A celebration of Cyril’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 11th at 2:00 PM from the First United Church, Park Street with Rev. Patricia Melindy officiating, followed by the interment at the United Cemetery, Townsite. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
