It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Boone announce his passing on Sunday, July 15th, 2007 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 74 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Violet Boone; daughters: Sheila (Randy) Bowering, South River, Sharon (Gary) Myrden, North River, Sandra (Roy) Holloway, Portland, Bonavista Bay; six grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Annie Mae and Esau Boone; brothers: Carl, Jim, Sam and sister Vera. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Monday and Tuesday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 18th at 2:00 p.m. from the Anglican Church. Interment following at the Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NL Paraplegic Association.
