HARVEY P. SIMMS Corner Brook, NL March 6th, 1927 - July 16th, 2007 	 It is with great sadness that the family of the Harvey Simms announce his passing on Monday, July 16th, 2007 at the Charles Curtis Memorial Hospital, St. Anthony at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his niece and nephew Shirley, Bruce and special pet Trixie with whom he resided, niece Jean, nephew David (Neta) and their sons: Steven, Brian (Jennifer), Christopher (April) and Darren, sisters: Olive King and Edna Flight, sister-in-law Gleneth. As well as other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Abram and Helen, brothers Herbert and Gideon, sister-in-law Eliza. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, July 20th at 11:00 AM with the Very Rev. Michael Rice officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Townsite. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
