HAMLYN Albert Pius Port au Choix 1930 -2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Albert Hamlyn announce his passing on Monday, July 16th, 2007 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook in his 77th year. He leaves to mourn his children: Gilbert (Phyllis), Gary (Jean), Thomas (Cynthia), George (Madonna), Karen (John) all of Port au Choix, Nancy (Eric), Gander; grandchildren: Ricky (Terri-lynn), Novele (Gabriel), Sonya (Lamont), Mandy, Dwayne (Danielle), Tyson (Cherlynn), Tyrone (Terri-lynn), Trinda (Brian), Joshua, Jolynn (Corey), Kyle, Kayla, Candace (Donnie) and Blanca, great-grandchildren: Paige, Carter, Eathan, Cole, Brady, Jasmine, Taylor and Coral, a very special friend Alma Lee, Corner Brook, sisters Pearl and Carry, brothers: Howard, Walter all of Corner Brook and Fred, Gander. He was predeceased by his wife Blanche, son Lawrence, parents Cyrus and Emily, sister Gladys and brother Bud. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place from St. Thomas Beckett Anglican Church, Port au Choix on Friday, July 20th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
