Myron Joseph PYE St. George’s, NL May 30, 1950 - July 18, 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Myron Joseph Pye announce his passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Wednesday, July 18th, 2007 at the age of 57 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories two daughters: Holly Pye, Stephanie Pye (Frank Globits); son Michael (April Cutler), all from Ontario; grandchildren: Brandon, Sarah, Tyler, Kyle and Faith; mother May Pye; sisters: Malinda (Bob) Garnier, Diane Pye, Darlene Pye and Joanne Pye (Doug Doman), all from St. George’s; brothers: Freddie, Kevin, Herbert, Tom (Darlene Bennett), all from St. George’s, Harold from Stephenville, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Herb Pye and brother Jerry. Friends may visit St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in St. George’s on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 21st at 11:00 am with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Interment will follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Shallop Cove. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
