Mary Agnes Kennedy (nee Lavers) Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Kennedy announce her passing on Thursday, April 17th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her nine children: Melvin (Dolly), Nora (Jim), Joe (Alice) Gary (Judy), Christine (Gerard), Demps (Kay), Eugene (Joan), Dion and Lori Ann (Boyd); 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; sisters: Kay Dinney (Late Warrick), Lillian Willette, Imelda Ryan (Austin), Rita Hynes (Roy); brother: Ray Lavers (Agnes), as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by grandson Bradley; parents: Nora and Robert Lavers; sisters: Madeline and Nina; brothers: Mose, Joe and Matt. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 21st at 10:30 a.m. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue. Father Ambrose Hynes officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment at a later date.
