JOHN JAMES FORMANGER Corner Brook, NL 	 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late John Formanger regretfully announce his sudden passing on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn, his wife Phyllis and her family. Also with fond and loving memories his two children, daughter Sheila Caines (Bruce) and son Gary Formanger. He leaves two grandchildren, Melanie Caines and Adam Caines whom he loved dearly. He also leaves to mourn one brother Ronald, Stephenville Crossing and two sisters, Agnes Young (Michael), Stephenville and Emily Young, Stephenville Crossing, a very large circle of relatives and friends including those with whom he shared his love for music, and special nephew John Rodgers. He was predeceased by his first wife Monica (nee Caines). Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, September 19 at 10:30 AM from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Don Leonard officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or if preferred donations may be made to Theatre Newfoundland and Labrador or Humber Valley Association of Independent Living.
