It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patrick Joseph White announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the age of 89 years. He was predeceased by his wife Rita, his parents Christina and Barthelomew, brother Gerard; sister Phyllis McDonnell; brother-in-law Ron Callahan. He leaves to mourn his children: Maureen (Gerald) Reynolds, Patsy (Francis) LeRoux, Reshelda (Gervase) White, Ken (Della) White, Keith (Karen) White, Conrad (Suzanne) White, Dean (Selina) White; grandchildren: Kelly, Bryan, Krista, Mark, Kayla, Lori, Joshua, Damien, Dalton and many great grandchildren, extended family, friends and a special mention to Monsignor Roddy White and special friend Con White; his sisters: Theresa Messervey (Ray), Sadie (Ron) Callahan; brother Vince (Sue) White; brother-In-law Richard McDonnell; sister-in-law Joan White. Visitation will be on Monday, July 30, 2018, at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL from 2 - 4 p.m. with private Inurnment to follow with family and Fr. Maurice O’Quinn at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove, St. George’s, NL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. George’s Fire Department as Patrick was a fireman in his earlier years. Special thanks to the staff of Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Surgical and Pallitive Care Unit. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL
