It is with great sadness that the family of the late Theresa Hunt announce her passing on Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at Mountain View House in Meadows at the age of 86 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Randy, Shirley (Gary) Grant, Greg (Wanda) and Darren (Wanda); grandchildren: Tracey, Michelle, Bradley, Ryan, Jonathon, Melissa, Tyler, Ashley, Brett and Kyle; great grandchildren: Emily, Alex, Nicholas, Connor, Julia, Noah, Kaley, Maci, Cooper and Katelyn; brothers Bill Brake, Dave (Dorothy) Brake and Bernard (Audrey) Brake; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George Henry Hunt, October 13, 1989 and parents, Ralph and Elsie Brake. The family would like to send out a special thank you to the Staff of the Lohnes Complex and Mountain View House for the care and kindness shown to their Mom. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9: p.m.   The Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 1st at 10:30 Am from Sacred Heart Parish with Father Jim Robertson officiating. The interment will follow at Mt Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
