HAROLD RAYMOND HOWE August 8th, 1936 - June 9th, 2008 Massey Drive, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harold Raymond Howe announce his passing on Monday, June 9th, 2008 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 71 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Marie (nee Doody), children: Chris (Joy), Massey Drive, Kerry (Susan), Agnus, Ont., Harold, Massey Drive, Wade, Massey Drive, Sandra (Vince) Penney, St. John’s, Stanley, Toronto, Ont. and Lisa (Roger) Canning, Massey Drive, 8 grandchildren: Renee, Krista and Christopher Howe, Lisa and Ashley Penney, Alicia and Sabrina Burke, 3 great-grandchildren: Helena, Israel and Gabriel, brothers: Edwin (Gert), St. John’s, Roy (Helen), Trout River and Stan (Joe), Halifax, sister Elizabeth Howe, Hamilton, Ont., sisters-in-law: Betty, Corner Brook and Anne, Stephenville. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Sara, brothers Frank, Tommy and Cecil, sister-in-law Jean. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th at 10:30 AM from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue with Monsignor Edwin Gale officiating.
