Passed away peacefully at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Hospital on Sunday, June 15th, 2008 Chesley R. Dale, at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by his wife Charlotte (2005), sister and brother-in-law Rita (Slim) Basile, Evelyn (Cappy) Marakowski and brother William. Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories his children: Lloyd, Winnifred MacDonald (George), Edward (Kay), Rosalie Musseau (Calvin); sisters: Diana Noseworthy (Gerald), Stephenville, Marjorie Stevenson, St. John’s; sister-in-law Margaret, St. John’s; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Friends visited Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at Wesley United Church on Tuesday, June 17th at 2:00 p.m. Interment following at the United Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted.
