It is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Mildred Campbell, Lock Lomond, Codroy Valley, NL on Sunday, June 15th, 2008. Predeceased by parents John and Martha McNeil of Port Aux Basques; son Michael; sisters: Marina, Elizabeth and Martha; brothers: Fred, Jim and Arthur. Sadly missed by husband Malcolm; daughters: Barbara Aucoin (Stanley), Martha Anderson (Corwin); son Art (Kathy); grandchildren: Jamie, Kelly, Nicole, Jonathon, Samantha, Leslie, Jasmine; great-grandchildren: Madison, Kyle, Hunter, Kayla, Tyler, Kelsey, Dukota, Joshua and Jadon; sister Minnie Mathews (Edgar); brother William McNeil (Elsie), along with a large circle of other relatives and friends. Friends visited Fillatre’s Funeral Home and St. Ann’s Church in Upper Ferry. The Funeral Service took place on Wednesday, June 18th at 10:30 am from St. Ann’s Church with Father Lainey officiating. Interment followed at Mount St. Thomas Roman Catholic Cemetery.
