HANNAH JANE PARSONS ST. GEORGE’S, NL AUGUST 4, 1928 - JULY 12, 2008 Passed away peacefully after a lengthly illness Hannah Jane Parsons on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville Hannah Jane Parsons (nee Roberts) at the age of 79 years. A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother will be forever missed by her husband of 62 years George; children: Audrey Dollimount and partner Sam, Burgeo, Mary (Raymond) White, ON, Stanley (Sharon) Parsons, St. George’s, Carolyn (Ken) Strickland, St. George’s; grandchildren: Barry Dollimount, Glenda Ricketts, Becky Tobin, Shelly White, Tammy Giesbriech, Todd White, Shawn White, Deanna Strickland, Bradley Strickland; great-grandchildren: Raena, Kendell, Georgia, Patty, Chase, Abigail, Jessica, Carissa, Nicholas; brother Norman (Iris) Roberts, St. George’s as well as other family members and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Mary and Charles Roberts and brother Stanley Roberts. Visitation will take place at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, St. George’s on Sunday beginning at 1:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Monday, July 14th at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Canon Karen Laldin officiating. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
