Happy Valley Goose Bay
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ulrika Karpik announce her passing on Monday, August 4th, 2008 at the Labrador Health Care Centre in Happy Valley Goose Bay at the age of 84 years. She will be sadly missed by her children: Matilda Karpik, Margaret Bennett, Jonathan Karpik, and Christopher Terriak, who she also raised, along with a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by Lucas Saksagiak, her husband Adam Karpik and her first husband William Winters. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Thursday, August 7th from 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 8th at 4:00 pm from the Moravian Church. Interment will follow at the Moravian Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted. The family would like to thank everyone who have helped them in their time of sorrow.
