SAMUEL JOSEPH COLOMBE Shallop Cove, NL November 13th, 1921 - September 12th, 2008 						 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Samuel Joseph Colombe announce his passing on Friday, September 12th, 2008 at the Sir Thomas Rodderick Hospital in Stephenville at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sister Odell Garnier, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Florence, brothers Fred, Frank and Darrell, sisters Francis Cormier, Dorothy Cross and Priscilla May. Friends may visit St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in St. George’s on Saturday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15th at 10:00 AM with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a Charity of one’s Choice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donations may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
