Cyril Augustus Coombs Gillams, NL Passed away on Monday, November 10th , 2008 in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Cyril Augustus Coombs at the age of 64 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is his wife: Hazel; daughter: Berdena (Dana) Marche, Gillams; sons: Gus (Kelly) Coombs, Grand Prairie, AB and Fred (Jennifer) Coombs, Sydney, NS; three precious grandchildren: MacKenzie, Marlow and Johnathan; mother: Mrs. Emily Coombs, St. John’s; brother: Ron (Sheila) Coombs, Grand Prairie, AB; sisters: Bernice (Ross) Anstey, Twillingate, Marilyn (Vic) Greeley, Green’s Harbour; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his father: Augustus Cyril Coombs; sister: Jean (Henry) Jenkins. Granting Cyril’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. Family and friends are welcomed and encouraged to visit Hazel and family at Berdena’s residence in Gillams. Anyone wishing to contact the family may call 783-2856.
