It is with great sadness that the family of the late Genny Hinks announce her passing on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre, Port Saunders at the age of 84 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are daughters: Shirley Porter, Judy Lavallee, Cathy (Wade) Perry, and Jacinta (Lester) Diamond; sons: Arthur (Elaine) , Camillius (Anne), Walter (Angela) and Fransico (Della); brothers: 15 grandchildren, brothers:  Ben , John , Gerald , Brian , Stanley Dobbin, Murray and Danny Dobbin; sisters: Eliza Lavers, Margaret Dobbin and Madeline Hynes; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Hinks and Stanley Jenneaux; children Lucia and Mary; brothers Patrick, Michael, Calvin and Edward Dobbin. Friends may visit St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Port Saunders on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m. with Father Raj officiating. Interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove.
