Obituary of Mary Theresa Keefe

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Theresa Keefe announce her passing on January 10, 2019 at the Labrador Grenfell Health Centre, Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL at the age of 69 years.  She will be sadly missed by her husband Edward Joseph Keefe; children:  Alfred (Trina), Anastasia (Norman), Judy, Sheila (David), Sharon (David); grandchildren:  Rodney Keefe, Jessica Keefe, Stephanie Morris, Alyssa Morris, Landon Morris, Nikita Keefe, Luke Sampson, Alexander Sampson, Donald Sampson, Jackson Lethbridge, Sarah Lethbridge; great-grandchildren:  Brooklynn Keefe, Jacob Holly; sister Madeline Keefe (George), brother Walter Roberts (Brenda) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews,  other relatives and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Kathleen Roberts.  Visitation will take place on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Fillatre’s Funeral Home on 45 Aspen Drive, Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL from 7 – 9 P.M.  Funeral service will be held on January 12, 2019 at 1 P.M.  from Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Joe Bichai officiating.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  The family would like to express special thanks to the nurses and doctors at the Labrador Grenfell Centre.
