It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Kelly announce his sudden passing on Monday, February 11th, 2019 at the age of 74 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is his wife of 13 years, Joy; five  daughters: Alvina (Wade), Marian (Clay), Vanessa (Justin), Noreen (Sean) and Denise (Chris); stepchildren: Terrilynn (Rick), Tanya, Crystal, Dara (Adam); grandchildren: Brandon, Dustin, Christine, Emma, Darcy, Julia, Aidan, Paige, Carter, Kaden, Lily-Pearl, Alex, Jacoby, David, Robyn-lynn, Bjourn, Haylen; great grandchildren: James, Grayson, Isabella , Jordyn, Zoey, Hailey, Rachel, Damian and Gwen;  brothers and sisters: Maurice (Angelina), Matthew (Bertha), George (Hazareth), Ida (Patrick) and Caroline (Newman); mother-in-law Carmen Perry; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Owen and Millicent Kelly, Brother Michael (Susan, deceased) ; sister Hilda Hynes (Edmund deceased), baby brother Owen; father-in-law Bert Perry and brother-in-law Leo (Jake) Gould. Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port aux Choix on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m, with the family  service at 7:00 PM.  The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 14th at 2 P.M. from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Raj officiating. Cremation will follow at Humber Valley Crematorium. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port Aux Choix.
