It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Ryan announce his passing on Thursday, February 21st, 2019 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre, Port Saunders at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughter Sherry (Eugene) Brown; son Tim (Lorraine) Ryan; brothers: Clarence and Brendan Ryan; granchildren: Bobbi-Jean, Chantel and Danielle; great grandchild Rory; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. He is predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Marion; parents John and Elsie Ryan; brothers Mike, Austin, Jim and Kevin; sisters Sophie and Philomena and grandson Kenny Brown. Vistiation will take place from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Port Saunders on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will take place from the church on Monday, February 25th at 11:00 A.M. with Father Raj officiating. The interment will follow at Sandy Cove Interfaith Cemetery.
