So sorry to hear of Aunt Mabel's passing. My condolences to all the family at this difficult time. She was a wonderful lady and even my second Mom for awhile when I lived with her for a couple of years. I have fond memories of her patient gentle manner, kindness and her warm hospitality whenever I was able to visit her. There was always delicious apple or blueberry pie ready to be served up with a warm welcome. Love you Aunt Mabel, rest in peace.

To all my cousins and their families: An amazing woman has left this earth to be with her beloved Max.
I can only imagine the smile on her face when she once again meets the love of her life. Her greatest wish has been answered.
Whenever we were lucky enough to visit Corner Brook, we were treated like one of her kids. Always lots of food, stories and of course lots of laughs. We will miss her deeply. Love Always Doug, Barb, Jenn & Paul xox

Dianne, Pearce, TracyLynn and Chantal, Loughlyn, Cassidy and Glen and Roland,
Your Mom, your Nan, your mother-in-law and your great-grandmother was one of the kindest sweetest women I have ever met. She and Minto always treated me like family whenever they visited Glenwood or when we visited their place. Mrs. Maxwell had a smile, a story and food to feed you whenever you were in her presence. It was pure joy to be in her presence (and she brought more joy whenever Minto was teasing her in my presence - they were a couple I could role model after, no doubt).
From one veteran spouse to another - rest in peace Mabel.
