Obituary of Matilda Morris
Passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019 after a battle with dementia and cancer at The Agnes Pratt Home, Matilda Morris at the age of 86. Predeceased by parents Richard and Rita Gillam, husband Delwin, son Wade and grandson Paul Spurrell. Left to mourn are daughters Claudia Harris (Jack), Helen Hillier (Keith) and Marlene Harris (Rod Hanlon); sons Kevin Morris (Pam) and Leslie Morris (Ann Marie); brother Charles Gillam; sister-in-law Rose Gillam; 6 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road with visitation on Tuesday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Prayer Service to take place on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Caul's Funeral Home, all are welcome. Then resting at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Jeffrey’s, on Wednesday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2 p.m. from St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Jeffrey’s. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA.
