OLGA DORIS PARK Corner Brook, NL With her daughters by her side, Olga Park passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21st, 2008 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, PE, at the age of 79 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Betty Gallant, Charlottetown, PE, Brian (Suzanne) Park, Corner Brook, Charles (Valda) Park, Sackville, NS, Allan (Karen) Park, Lloydminster, AB and Dianne (Kerry) Boswall, Charlottetown, PE; loving grandmother of: Beverley and Melissa, Christine (Steve) and Robert, Roy and Stephen (Heather), Richard, Graham, Julie, Christopher, Valerie and Spencer; great grandmother of Reid ; loving sister of: Eric (Betty) Pike, Corner Brook, Jean (Murdock) Prosper, Corner Brook, Betty (John) Parsons, Labrador City, Evelyn (Lloyd) Colbourne, Ottawa, ON, Margaret (Danny) McCarthy, Hughes Brook; sister-in-law: Cora Pike, Labrador City; in-laws: Mary Park, Mallie Goodyear, Joan Vey, Sam and Louise Park, Roland Park, Cavelle Kerwin, Roy and Florence Park, Dave Park, Harry and Doris Park, Ruby and Randell Ball, Ena and Don Tham, Judy Park (Dianne Poletto), special and dear friends: Alma and Merritt Keirstead, Moncton, NB; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Richard Park; brother: Gordon Pike; sisters: Edna and Eudora; parents: Stephen and Valerie Pike; in-laws: Rowena Chaulk, Raymond Park, Ron Goodyear, Warren Vey, Audrey Park and Gus Kerwin. Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 27th at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Church, Clarence Street. Reverend Derek Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Memorial Fund or to the charity of ones choice.
