Power
Richard Patrick
Dec 14, 1951-March 6, 2019
We are heartbroken to share the news that our brother, Rick, passed away suddenly but peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre with his family at his side. Rick was only 67, and was predeceased by his parents: Basil and Vera. He was a funny, kind hearted, gentle, wonderful brother and friend. Leaving to mourn are his brothers Steve (Joy), Dennis; his sisters Judy, Marie (Jamie), his two nephews: Mike (Krissy) and Sean (Joani); and his great-nephew and nieces. An accountant for all his professional life, and an avid sports fan, he will be missed by his co-workers of 32 years at Household Movers, Mount Pearl and his many friends across the island. Cremation has taken place, and visitation is on Tuesday, April 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Fillatre's Funeral Home, St Marks Ave Corner Brook, with a small service at 4pm., Fr Jim Robertson, Rick’s school mate, presiding. Private family burial will take place the following day. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice, in Rick’s name.
He leaves us too early but with many fond memories.
