It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eugene Michelin announce his passing on Thursday, January 1st, 2009 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 46 years. He will be sadly missed by his father Eldred Michelin; sisters: Laverne Adams and Gail Pitt; brother Irvin Michelin (Francine Jacques) and two very special friends: Jeff Heard and Harry Lucci, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Elsie Michelin and brother Lloyd Michelin. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Wednesday between the hours of 1:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 2:00 p.m. from the Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery. Reverend Michelin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family.
