It is with great sadness that the family of the late Carolyn Garnier announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Friday, December 10, 2004 at the age of 47. She courageously battled cancer for three years and she now rests peacefully leaving behind; her daughter Sarah; beloved Wayne Matchem; father Louis Bennett; sisters: Darlene (Tom Pye), Suzanne (Conrad) White; brothers: Gary Bennett, Kevin (Robin), Aiden (Helen), Jimmy (Linda); nieces: Krista, Stephanie and Angela Bennett; nephews: Cameron, Shane, Bradley and Corey Bennett: great nephew Anthony Bennett and her very special and beloved great nieces Taylor Rae Bennett and Raleigh Bennett. She was predeceased by her mother Sybil; brother Fintan and by her Aunt Jean. Visitation began for friends on Sunday at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, St. Georges, from where the Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Gerard Patry and Father John Collins officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery, Courthouse Road. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Memorial Fund.
