It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend. Theresa was born on Caribou Island on September 18, 1921. Theresa was a remarkable lady and was dearly loved by all who knew her. Theresa loved to love people, she enjoyed knitting, quilting and hooking mats. Her hands were rarely still, she also shared her pie baking skills with many of her granddaughters in hope that they would continue the tradition. She was a devoted part of st Peter's parish community, including the church choir. Theresa was a dedicated mother and grandmother, she treasured her family and embraced every moment with her grandchildren. She loved her role as grandma, had a beautiful personality and always made the people around her smile. She will be deeply missed by all that had the privilege to know her. She is survived by her loving children Joseph(deceased),Leona(John-deceased), Marie(John), Edward(Marina), Oswald(Doris), Norman(Florrie), Carolyn(John), Emma, Connie(Terry), Leonard(deceased), Ethel(Dan), and Claude(Deanna);  her 26 grandchildren, 33 Great grand-children and 6 Great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 15th at 2:00pm at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
