Obituary of Robert Lester Montague
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Lester Montague announce his passing at the Long Term Care Facility in Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL at the age of 79 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Winnie Montague; children: Randy (Donna), Alicia (Gerry), Lottie (Billy); grandchildren: Teddy, Martin, Paul, Roy and Jared; brothers: Eric (Phyllis), Wilbert, Raymond; sisters: Millie, Carol (Elmer), Susie (Dennis), Shirley (Terry) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Austin and Florence; children: Fran and Bob; siblings: Austin, Bertha, Rosie, Herman. Visitation on Thursday, June 27, 2019, 7 - 9 P.M. and Friday, June 28, 2019, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 P.M. at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL. Donations may be made to the North West River United Church. Flowers accepted. Granting his wishes, Robert Lester Montague will be cremated. Burial will be at a later date.
