Robina Mae Baker

June 10, 1942 – July 9, 2019

Robina Mae Baker passed peacefully at WMRH Palliative Care Unit on July 9, 2019 at the age of 77 years.

Leaving to mourn is her husband Edwin; sons: David (Tanya), Sheldon; daughter-in-law Marilyn; cherished grandchildren: Delta and Bob Augustine, Amanda and Roy Moores, Charlotte and Adrian Howell and Aaron; forever loved great-grandchildren: Aqgunset Augustine, Nikita Moores and Na’gweg Augustine; brothers/sisters-in-law: Lorraine Baker, Sylvia and Martin Gordon, Elaine and Lloyd Stagg, Ivan Baker, Bertram Baker and Irene Sheppard; cherished nieces and nephews: Clarence and Velma King, Mildred King and Everett Avery, Audrey and Wes Peddle, Doreen and Ken Avery, Rowena and Wayne Sinclair, Eleanor and Alonzo Regular, Valerie Smith; also left to mourn many other relatives and friends.

Robina was pre-deceased by son Cyril, parents Cyril and Rosanna Baker, sister and brother-in-law Emma and Azariah King, brothers: baby George and Clarence; parents-in-law Eli and Ivy Baker; sisters-in-law Patsy Nicholes, Jessie Baker.

Visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Wednesday, July 10^th from 7-9 pm and Thursday, July 11^th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church on Friday July 12^th at 2pm with Pastor Jeffrey White officiating. Interment will take place following the funeral service at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice.
