It is with great sadness that the family of the late Emma Rose announce her passing on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Mountview Estates in Corner Brook at the age of 89 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Gary (Irene), Wayne (Jill), Sharon (Norbert), Esther, Allan (Lisa) and Diane (Don); grandchildren: Bradley, Jessica, Keith, Katherine (Scott), Andrew (Laura), Danielle (Eric), Matthew, Mark, Meghan (Jamie Robert), Kirk, Madeline, Aaron and Abby; great-granddaughter Maeve; sisters and brothers: Louise (Glen), Charles (Sylvia), Ed (Rose) and Jean; sisters-in-law: Eva (Don), Eileen and Jean; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde, parents Jack and Beatrice Gosse, brothers Herb and Azariah. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday, September 7 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 8 at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints’ Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
