It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Marguerite Prasuyon announce her passing on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL at the age of 85 years.  She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter Christine Preshyon; granddaughter Misty (Trevor) Preshyon-Snook; grandson Stanley Preshyon; great-grandchildren:  Hailey Preshyon-Snook, Mischa Preshyon, Juliet Preshyon; brothers:  Charlie Legge, Bernard (Valarie) Legge; sisters:  Josephine (Joey) Hulan, Lucy (Jerome) Gilliam; Barb (Eric) Legge as well as many nieces, nephews other family and friends.  She was pre-deceased by her parents Robert & Mary Legge; husband Walter; sisters:  Ethel Legge, Dinettia (Gus) White, Bridget (Israel) Young; brothers:  Pius (Rose) Legge, Joseph (Sue) Legge, Percy (Edith) Legge and son-in-law Stanley.  The family would like to extend a  special thank you to the staff of the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital and the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center for the wonderful care given to Marguerite.  Also a special thank you to all who came to visit and brought kind words and food.  The visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 between the hours of 7 – 9 p.m. at St. Ann’s Chapel, Flat Bay, NL from where the Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. with Father Edmund Dantes officiating.  Interment in the church cemetery will take place following the service.  As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice.  The family would also like to thank Ernie and staff of Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL. for their support and guidance during this difficult time.
