It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Maxim Battcock announce his passing on September 19, 2019 at Labrador Grenfell Health at the age of 82 years.  He will be greatly missed by his wife Rose (O’Brien); children:  Elizabeth (Arnold), Barbara (Richard), Brenda (Rick), Andrew (Kathleen); grandchildren:  Jody (Mark), Danielle, Michael (Katie), Laura (Jamie), Andy (Kelsie), Becky (Justin), Ryan (Alana), Jeremy (Alexandra); great-grandchildren:  Elllie, Katelyn, Matthew, Callie; brother-in-law Peter O’Brien; sister-in-law Ann Battcock as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was predeceased by his parents Gregory and Margaret Battcock;  brothers: Ed, Joe, Steve, Bill, John;  sisters:  Essie, Mary, Dot.  Visitation Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 6 – 9 P.M. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, 2 P.M. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, with Fr. Joe Vellenkanni officiating. As expressions of sympathy flowers will be accepted.  Special thanks to Dr. Fitzgerald, Zina Curlew, Labrador Grenfell Health Staff.
