It is with great sadness that the family of the late Peggy Vera King (nee Fudge) announce her passing at Corner Brook Long Term Care on Friday, September 27, 2019 at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Joanne, Terri and Tom (Michelle); grandchildren: Lee-Ann, Andre, Matthew, Ben, Bill and Danielle; great-grandchildren: Andrew, Liam, Nathan and Ace; brothers: Jack (Shirley), Dex (Joan), Waldo and Frank (Ruby); brother-in-law Terry; special friends Val and Jimmy Peddle; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Ruth Fudge, sister Verna and sister-in-law Stella. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30 at 11:00 a.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
