It is great sadness that the family of the late Hubert Simeon Strickland announce his passing with his family by his side on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Calder Health Care Center in Burgeo at the age of 88 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: Son Pat(Mary), 3 Grandchildren April, Jeffery & Jeffery, Brother Claude(Joyce). He was predeceased by his wife Harriet(Skinner), Daughter Sharon(Calvin), Parents Simeon & Bertha, Sisters Marjorie(Hare) & Anne (Moulton). The family would like to express sincere appreciation to his home care workers, Maxine & Delores, friend Ruth as well as the staff at Calder Health Care Center. Thank you for your loving care. Family & Friends may visit at his residence 10 Clements Rd on Saturday, October 5 from 2-4 PM. Internment at Burgeo Cemetery on Sunday, Oct 6, 2019 at 2 PM.
