It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vicki Lynn Parsons announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the age of 38 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her parents Jim and Nina Parsons; sister Carla (Ashley) Mischaud; furry friend PJ the Beagle; uncles: Paul (Donna) Parsons and Ken (Catherine) Hynes; aunt Marilyn (Dave) Bruce; special aunt Brenda White; as well as a large circle of other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents Meshack and Pearl Parsons and William and Dorothy Hynes, special nan and pop Herbert and Angelina Brown. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. from Al Saints’ Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Tanya White and Rev. Roberta Woodman officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expression of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the SPCA or the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.
