It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jean (Gladys) Gosse announce her passing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Corner Brook Long Term Care, at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Mereda “Marie” (Ronald) Preece, Joan, David, Bruce, Linda Walsh, Margaret (Rex) Pittman, and Keith; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert, granddaughter Nancy, and son in-law Paddy Walsh. Visitation will take place on Monday, December 9th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm from Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark’s Avenue from where Funeral service will take place at the Chapel at 1:00 pm with Captains Darren and Danette Woods officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or to a charity of one’s Choice.
