Obituary of Patrick Joseph Nui
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patrick Joseph Nui announce his passing on December 7, 2019 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 30 years. He will be sadly missed by his commom-law spouse Crystal Alexandra Penunsi; father Philip Sandy; brothers: Garfield, Daniel and Alexander; best friends: Alex & Jenny Andrew, Paul Ashini, Penute (Bendik) Andrew, Paul (Aput) Selma as well as a large circle of family & friends: Alma Sandy, Ruby Sandy Robinson, Cynthia, Martha, Naomi, Mary Rose Selma; uncles: Joachim Nui Sr., Sam Nui, Michael Sandy, Moses Sandy and numerous cousins from Schefferville, Natuashish and Sheshatshiu. He was predeceased by his mother Mary Jane Nui; grandparents Nuke & Munik Nui and Joseph & Elizabeth Sandy. Visitation on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 31 Matsheteu Road, Sheshatshiu from 4 to 9 P.M. Funeral service on Tuesday, December 10, 11 A.M. at the Stuau Shushep Roman Catholic Church, Sheshatshiu, NL with Fr. Joe Vellankanni officiating. Special thanks to LGH, SIFN, MIFN and Kawawa First Nation.
