It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Jack Billard announce his tragic passing on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the age of 63 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Ida; stepsons Dyson and Lenny (Rhonda Northcott); grandchildren: Joey, Lillie and Kaleigh; brothers Raymond, Frank (Sandra), Jim (Josephine); sister Claudine (Rex), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jack was predeceased by his parents Freeman and Susanna Billard, brother Arthur Billard and sister Mary Hare.
At Jack's request cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium, and there will be no formal visitation or funeral service.
