It is with great sadness that the family of the late Irvin William Anderson announce his passing on Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Long Term Care Facility, Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL at the age of 88 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Marina; children: Elaine, Coralee, and Lesley (Trevor) Tucker; grandchild Jenna; sisters: Lavinia (Ed) Roberts, Evangeline (Douglas) Jacque as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; John and Clara Anderson; brothers: Anders, Harry, Samuel, William; sisters: Mildred, Blanche, Caroline, Mary. Visitation will take place at the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, 2 P.M. at the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle with Pastor Wayne Noble officiating. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery. As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice, flowers accepted. Special thanks to the Labrador Grenfell Long Term Care Staff, Pastor Noble and the congregation.
